If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on Exchanges and Returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Size Exchange Conditions

You are entitled to exchange Your Order within 30 days. In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The products shall be in new like condition, able to be resold, should not be harmed in any way.
  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Invoice and Receipt is intact.
  • The product tags are not dismembered or ripped off.

In order to exercise Your right of exchange, You must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. To return/ exchange your outfits, kindly contact our support team to get a return form!

Upon arrival of your return, we will verify your parcel according to our exchange policy, and:

  • If OK:

 We will dispatch your new parcel with size exchange.

  • If NOT OK:

We reserve the right to refuse the exchange facility and ship to the customer back again on Standard Shipping Charge of website i.e. Rs 199.

If your Parcel crosses our verification check upon arrival and was purchased not on sale, if the customer intents for Refund We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

 

Please Note:

  • We will not ship any new or current orders to any customer who have refused to accept Cash on Delivery parcels at the time of delivery in the past until 100% Prepayment have been received.
  • Items purchased on sale or any discount at the time of purchase can not be returned or refunded in any case, instead they can be exchanged with the same value item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
